SkiNext at hand for customers, instructors and reception
The SkiNext app is included free with the platform and is designed as a mobile channel alongside the web portal. The Flutter app supports multiple roles and brings lessons, bookings, communication, notifications and Wallet cards together in one place. It is built for daily use on the move: customers view their lessons, instructors open their schedule and reception follows requests and conversations.

The exact visible functions depend on the user role, enabled modules and school permissions. A customer therefore sees different actions than an instructor or receptionist. The app communicates with the same SkiNext environment as the web portal, keeping changes to lessons, requests and conversations centralized.

Sell and manage rental cards, find cards again and track product use. Rental and reception staff can mark cards off when they are issued. The app also supports QR-code and Wallet flows.

Create credit products with validity and rules per lesson type or slope. Customers can use cards during booking and, where allowed, buy cards themselves.

Sell gift vouchers with a custom amount in the product shop. Reception can create codes for both gift vouchers and discount codes. Discounts can be a percentage or fixed amount, with an optional minimum spend and/or maximum number of uses. After successful payment, the code is created and emailed to the customer.
